What the estimate is

The estimate assumes a standard installation. It does not include work we cannot see from five questions, such as new or modified ductwork, electrical service upgrades, venting changes, permits beyond the usual, asbestos or other abatement, structural work, or access difficulties.

A firm price comes after we visit, measure and inspect. We will confirm the final number in writing before any work starts, and you are free to walk away at that point at no cost.

Rebates

Rebate amounts shown are the maximum available from the utility program named on the page. What you actually qualify for depends on the utility serving your address, the equipment installed, and the program's own approval. We do not control rebate programs and cannot guarantee any specific amount, or that a program will still be running when your job completes. We confirm eligibility with you before work begins.

Financing

Any monthly payment shown is an illustration, calculated from the estimated price at the rate and term stated beside it. Financing is provided by a third party lender, is subject to credit approval, and the terms you are offered may differ. Varsity is not the lender and does not decide who is approved.

Energy savings

Annual savings figures are estimates based on typical usage for a home of the size you selected. Actual savings depend on your energy rates, how you use the system, the condition of your home, and the weather. They are not a guarantee.

Booking a visit

Booking an arrival window reserves time for a no cost consultation. The visit takes about 45 minutes and nothing is owed for it. Arrival windows are two hours and we do our best to hold them, but they are not guaranteed. We may need to reschedule for weather, emergencies or crew availability, and we will tell you as soon as we know. You can change or cancel by replying to the confirmation text.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information. The estimate is only as good as the answers.
• Be the owner of the property, or authorized to make decisions about it.
• Provide safe access to the home and equipment at the scheduled time.

Using this page

This page is for homeowners getting a quote for their own property. Do not use automated tools to submit information, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Licensing

Varsity Heating & Cooling is a licensed, bonded and insured HVAC contractor in Washington State. Washington contractor license VARSIHC766RJ.

No warranty on the page itself

The page is provided as is. We work to keep the pricing accurate and the tool available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure is correct at every moment. Where a displayed figure conflicts with a written quote from us, the written quote governs.

Warranties on equipment and installation are separate, and are set out in the written agreement you sign before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Varsity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this page or reliance on an estimate shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own negligence in performing work at your home.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you used the page is the one that applies to that use.
